Catering services at Alfred State are delivered by ACES. We focus on making every event special and unique, no matter the size or complexity. Our service is unmatched in the Southern Tier. On-campus venues and the private Lake Lodge provide a perfect backdrop to an event that features meals and snacks that you will be proud to serve your guests. In addition to providing great food, we can even provide conference and event planning services.

Special Event Catering
The ACES team can create a special affair that is unique for every customer. The Lake Lodge is a perfect backdrop for every type of event. Custom menu planning is available.
Example menu entrees include: Artichoke Parmesan Chicken, Sage Roasted Turkey Breast, Chicken Marsal, Haddock Filet, Prime Rib, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Herb Crusted Roast Beef.

Lake Lodge
The Lake Lodge is a facility owned by ACES. Originally owned and constructed by the Faculty Student Association, the facility can be used for social events and meetings. It is open year-round.
The Lodge is located just 1.5 miles from campus and is available to the public. A fireplace, an enclosed porch, a bar, audio/video connections, and a small catering kitchen are some of the amenities. The Lodge can host up to 200 guests for events. All events must be catered by ACES.
